Through these tools, the firm has built and maintained successful relationships with many local builders and architects. Construction documents can be electronically transferred, eliminating the need to recreate floor plans. Space plans as well as lighting and electrical plans can be revised based on furniture and cabinet layouts. Design information shared back and forth between the design/build team results in precious time saved in the construction process as well as eliminating costly field changes to the owner.
